xTool has just unveiled the F2 Ultra UV, a game-changing 5W galvo UV laser poised to redefine precision engraving. This innovative tool targets creators, retailers, and small businesses aiming for ultra-fine detail and damage-free results across diverse materials. It’s designed to empower high-end customization, in-store personalization, and professional studio work, opening doors to new commercial ventures.

At its core, the F2 Ultra UV boasts a 355 nm industrial-grade UV laser, excelling with materials that challenge traditional lasers, including glass, crystal, plastics, and ceramics. Its sub-10 micron spot size ensures micron-level resolution, while optimized algorithms achieve 0.001 mm precision, rendering even minute 0.3 mm features with clarity. This cold-processing approach minimizes heat impact, preventing unwanted burn marks and warping.

The ‘Glass Master’ capability allows for permanent 3D inner engraving within glass, creating micro-fractures or bubbles with exceptional clarity. Power-compensation and texture-enhancement algorithms ensure uniform 3D depth, crisp contrast, and vivid detail. It also supports glass surface relief engraving, cutting, and rotary operations, making it suitable for personalized gifts, art pieces, and custom products.
